In 2022 a new robotic cell was joined to Racord’s machine park, destinated to the loading/unloading of the transfer machine that was previously installed at the factory.
The robotic arm allows the complete automation of the machine to which it was joined, with consequent reduction of time, cycle and costs of machining and a sensible production increase.
The robotic cell respects the required qualifications of Industry 4.0: it is equipped with on-board computer with simple and intuitive interface, it comunicates with the factory information systems transmitting information in real time of the production performance and receiving remote instructions of production process to follow, and it reflects the most recent parameters of work safety.
This machinery is inserted in the almost completely done global process of progressive automation of all productive activities with consequent improvement of staff employed work conditions and productivity increase, maintaining unchanged our quality standards.
